A critics ,Shugaa Muslim Al-Aany, has specific critical principles in his branch
classifications for the type of the novel that is linked with its sources and what is adopted
of critical approaches and curriculums. The novel by its type as a literary one has
occupied Al-Any's critical importance very much ,he has divided it historically according
to its historical development ,the impact of dr.Abd Al-Muhassen Tha Badr's divisions on
Al-Any cannot hidden.
In his speech about the origin of novel and story art generally , Al-Any becomes
between the acknowledgement of the affect of Al-Mgma in rising of this art and denied its
affect at last. He has classified the novel also as a stylistic classification:(an impressionist
novel);(A novel of current of consciousness);( a novel of time density),(a scene novel);(Al-
Musrwah);(a monologue novel) or(a novel of the one sound);(polyphone)or (polyphonies) ;(
a novel of Narcissistic structure) .Besides ,he depends on the social and philosophical
principles when he has classified the novel into (the old social novel)and (the new
dramatic novel).The one can see confusion in his classifications of the novel (Jalel
Khaled),he has classified it as the first artistic analytical novel ,a romantic one once , an
educational in another time, But the critics realize that this confusion that fall within it ,so
he restudies it for decades to prove that it is a intellectual acculturation and rearing
although it violates in its art other novels of the same generation.
In this paper the definition of fuzzy normed space is recalled and its basic properties. Then the definition of fuzzy compact operator from fuzzy normed space into another fuzzy normed space is introduced after that the proof of an operator is fuzzy compact if and only if the image of any fuzzy bounded sequence contains a convergent subsequence is given. The nonlinear refractive index and the nonlinear absorption coefficient of unmodified and functional poly(methyl methacrylate) PMMA films were studied before and after the addition of the filler by the z-scan technique, using a Q-switched Nd:YAG laser at two wavelengths: 532 nm and 1064 nm, and at three input energies (13, 33 and 53) mJ. Both linear and nonlinear refractive indices and absorption coefficients of polymer films were studied by using UV-VIS spectrophotometer. This paper provides the result of an investigation to use of crushed clay brick as
aggregates in producing concrete. Eight different crushed clay brick aggregate concretes were
used in this investigation. Compressive strength, splitting tensile strength and pulse velocity of
crushed clay brick aggregates concrete were determined and compare to natural aggregate
concrete. The compressive strength of crushed clay brick aggregates concretes were always
lower than the compressive strength of natural aggregates concrete regardless the age of
concrete, but the crushed clay brick aggregates concrete showed better performance as the age of
concrete increases and average reduction in compressive strength were 33.5% at the age

A la vez, damos una descripción detallada de sus rasgos morfosintácticos, léxico-semánticos y estilísticos. En ningún momento, pretendemos fijar unas pautas o normas para la traducción de este lenguaje que requiere unos previos conocimientos jurídicos y cierta preparación para proceder a realizar esta tarea. Nuestra intención es, simplemente, ofrecer al lector árabe una pequeña visión de lo difícil que es comprender los textos legales españoles hasta para los nativos para imaginarse las posibles dificultades a la hora de iniciar a traducirlos.
