A critics ,Shugaa Muslim Al-Aany, has specific critical principles in his branch
classifications for the type of the novel that is linked with its sources and what is adopted
of critical approaches and curriculums. The novel by its type as a literary one has
occupied Al-Any's critical importance very much ,he has divided it historically according
to its historical development ,the impact of dr.Abd Al-Muhassen Tha Badr's divisions on
Al-Any cannot hidden.
In his speech about the origin of novel and story art generally , Al-Any becomes
between the acknowledgement of the affect of Al-Mgma in rising of this art and denied its
affect at last. He has classified the novel also as a stylistic classification:(an impressionist
novel);(A novel of current of consciousness);( a novel of time density),(a scene novel);(Al-
Musrwah);(a monologue novel) or(a novel of the one sound);(polyphone)or (polyphonies) ;(
a novel of Narcissistic structure) .Besides ,he depends on the social and philosophical
principles when he has classified the novel into (the old social novel)and (the new
dramatic novel).The one can see confusion in his classifications of the novel (Jalel
Khaled),he has classified it as the first artistic analytical novel ,a romantic one once , an
educational in another time, But the critics realize that this confusion that fall within it ,so
he restudies it for decades to prove that it is a intellectual acculturation and rearing
although it violates in its art other novels of the same generation.
The estimation of recharge to ground water is the important basics to improve the use of ground water with other available resources, and to save ground water resource from depletion, especially when using large quantity of ground water during a long time such as for agricultural purposes. Show MoreIn the present work we prepared heterojunction not homogenous CdS/:In/Cu2S) by spray and displacement methods on glass substrate , CdS:In films prepared by different impurities constration. Cu2S prepared by chemical displacement method to improve the junction properties , structural and optical properties of the deposited films was achieved . The study shows that the film polycrystalline by XRD result for all film and the energy gap was direct to 2.38 eV with no effect on this value by impurities at this constration .
A nanocrystalline CdS thin film with 100 nm thickness has been prepared by thermal evaporation technique on glass substrate with substrate temperature of about 423 K. The films annealed under vacuum at different annealing temperature 473, 523 and 573 K. The X-ray diffraction studies show that CdS thin films have a hexagonal polycrystalline structure with preferred orientation at (002) direction. Our investigation showed the grain size of thin films increased from 9.1 to 18.9 nm with increasing the annealing temperature. The optical measurements showed that CdS thin films have direct energy band gap, which decreases with increasing the annealing temperature within the range 3.2- 2.85 eV.
