There is no doubt that leadership is a social phenomenon , and human activity does not take place , but remained in the family cohesive have a common goal Alaho instil confidence in the same of her sons to be better , and the importance of this subject Arta researchers to identify the extent to which children in this phenomenon and to identify the causes and extent of its spread in the community , has been directing an open question (Appendix 1) to a group of kindergarten teachers , to learn about the characteristics of leadership that can be enjoyed by kindergarten children . The current research aims to:
1. Detect levels of leadership qualities among kindergarten children in the light of the characteristics of leadership skills
2. Identify the characteristics of leadership on the children of kindergarten age ( 4-6 years).
The sample consisted of 160 children and child. Find and identify with that of children in the city of Riyadh, Baghdad Rusafa second breeding . Was used in the search with the help of statistical methods bag statistical SPSS. The research includes recommendations and proposals of the task.
The most important final results: There are no statistically significant differences in the mean scores of children aged (4-5 years) years (total sample) on a tool to measure characteristics of leadership at the level of significance ( 0.05).
In this research the natural frequency of a cracked simple supported beam (the crack is in many places and in different depths) is investigated analytically, experimentally and numerically by ANSYS program, and the results are compared. The beam is made of iron with dimensions of L*W*H= (0.84*0.02* 0.02m), and density = 7680kg/m3, E=200Gpa. A comparison made between analytical results from ANSYS with experimental results, where the biggest error percentage is about (7.2 %) in crack position (42 cm) and (6 mm) depth. Between Rayleigh method with experimental results the biggest error percentage is about (6.4 %) for the same crack position and depth. Stools and blood samples were taken from each patient as well as other (30) healthy control matching in age. The study included measurement the Levels of Interleukin-32, Interleukin-33, and Acid phosphatase in sera of patients and control .The result indicated presence of H pylori antigen in 115 cases 59 cases of males and 51 of females , Also, the result indicated increasing levels of IL-32 and IL-33 and Acid phosphatase in patients sera in comparison with healthy control.

Abstract An experiment was conducted to study the effect of Glomus mosseae and two concentration (21 and 42%) of super phosphate. They used either to be separated or together with inoculation of G. mosseae on physiological characters of Horeum Vulagera . The results showed that all treatment affected significantly especially super phosphate at the above concentration together with G. mosseae. Objective: The present study aimed to shed light on the role of narghileh and cigarette smoking on immunity status of oral cavity by assess (C3 complement component, Immunoglobulin A, Total protein, α-Amylase and EBV IgG antibody). Method: Saliva levels in two smokers groups the first include 28 narghileh smokers and the second include 32 narghileh and cigarette smokers as well as 30 non-smokers consider as control.
