The Iranian-Sudanese relations during the era of the transitional government (1985-1986), and the era of the third democratic government, has seen a marked improvement, particularly since the transitional government, which was formed in Sudan following a popular uprising that toppled former President Jaafar Nimeiri followed based on balancing policy in international relations, which is the same policy adopted by the government of Sadiq al-Mahdi that, especially that Mr. Sadiq al-Mahdi had enjoyed close ties with the government in Tehran before he took office, and on the basis of the policy of diplomatic representation between the two countries returned since the time of the transitional government after relations were severed due to the policy former President Jaafar Nimeiri.

The transverse electron scattering form factors have been studied for low –lying excited states of 7Li nucleus. These states are specified by J? T= (0.478MeV), (4.63MeV) and (6.68MeV). The transitions to these states are taking place by both isoscalar and isovector components. The Central Marshes are one of southern Iraq's most important wetlands and ecosystems. A study on evaluating soil quality and water quality in terms of chemical properties at certain sites in the southern Iraqi Central Marshes has been conducted to investigate their types and suitability for enhancing the agricultural reality of most field crops. Two grades of paving asphalt with penetration of 46 and 65 are studied for determining changes in their physical and chemical properties caused by ageing.
The ageing process has been conducted on two petroleum paving asphalt cement using thin film oven test at 150, 163 and 175 C, and ageing time 5, 10,15, 20, 25 and 30 hours. The effect of ageing time and temperature on penetration, kinematic viscosity, softening point, solubility in trichloroethylene, heat loss and changes in chemical composition are investigated. This study aims to determine the typical mental image of women purveyed through visual advertising in the Arab media.
