The common history of Latin America countries may contribute significantly to determine the initial beginnings of these States since the current borders are a reflection and drawing of the borders of Antarctica according to the divisions determined by the behavior of the Portuguese and Spanish colonialism as well as what the Pope originally called for in order to divide property between Spain and Portugal. A later change took place especially after the independence in the first quarter of the 19th century for the majority of those States which is something that imposed special consideration in the analysis and description of each of these States. There are constants and variables in this case where all the States share constants, while the variables worked on their part to change certain attributes of certain States not affected by other parties. Border disputes between States is Latin America in the 19th century is one of the important topics in the history of this continent since it established the natural borders between these countries and on the basis of which some small countries were founded such as Uruguay in 1825 to be a borderline between Argentina and Brazil.

In this article, a numerical study of compressible and weak compressible Newtonian flows is achieved for a time marching, Galerkin algorithm. The extracted product was identified using FT-IR, NMR (1H and 13C), DEPT, COSY, HMBC and HSQC_TOCSY spectrometry. The extracted plasticizer was tested in complex formation with Fe2+ and Cr3+ using UV-visible spectrophotometric method. The migration of the plasticizer from the blood bags to the blood was studied and determined during different storage times depending upon the formation of complexes with Fe2+ and Cr3+, and the change in the concentration of Fe2+ and Cr3+.
The aim of this research is to measure the changes of Iraqi Marshland's area as well as the changes in the spectral reflectivity water quality, analyzing seasonal difference in AL-Hawizah marshes, South of Iraq using Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and remote sensing techniques. For this paper, the samples were taken at 10 sites along the study area. Satellite images of the 8 Landsat on 20/5/2017, 8/8/2017, 11/10/2017 and 14/12/2017 have been selected in order to study the seasonal changes on the marshes took place during 2017.
