Ondansetron HCl (OND) is a potent antiemetic drug used for control of nausea and vomiting associated with cancer chemotherapy. It exhibits only 60 – 70 % of oral bioavailability due to first pass metabolism and has a relative short half-life of 3-5 hours. Poor bioavailability not only leads to the frequent dosing but also shows very poor patient adherence. Hence, in the present study an approach has been made to develop OND nanoparticles using eudragit^® RS100 and eudragit^® RL100 polymer to control release of OND for transdermal delivery and to improve patient compliance.

Oral jelly is a semisolid preparation that could resolve problem associated withdosage form’s swallowing, especially in pediatric and elderly ones. This work aimedto prepare oral flurbiprofen (FBP) jelly to improve patient compliance. Heating andcongealing method was used to prepare FBP jelly using three different polymers (pectin,sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, and hydroxypropyl methylcellulose). The effect ofdifferent concentrations of pectin and sucrose on jelly properties was studied. Theresults revealed that both pectin and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose polymers gaveacceptable jelly appearance and consistency.      In this paper, some conditions to guarantee the existence of bounded solution to the second order multi delayed arguments differential equation are given. The Krasnoselskii theorem used to the Lebesgue’s dominated convergence and fixed point to obtain some new sufficient conditions for existence of solutions. Some important lemmas are established that are useful to prove the main results for oscillatory property. We also submitted some sufficient conditions to ensure the oscillation criteria of bounded solutions to the same equation.

Fifteen samples of limestone, marls and, clay from the Fat'ha Formation are obtained from the location of Bashiqa village, Bashiqa anticline, Northeastern Iraq. A detailed investigation is carried out, during which twenty-four species of calcareous nannofossils identified, twenty- one are descried from other regions while three are left under an open name because of lack of material or insufficient samples. Besides, seventeen species of Ostracoda fossils were picked and diagnosed, including two subspecies, belonging to ten genera, and four subgenera.

The purpose of this paper is to know the values by which the system transforms from a steady state to a chaotic state under the initial conditions x, y, and z that equal -1.6, 0 and 1.6 respectively. It was found that when the value of α is equal to 0, the Chua system is in a steady state, and when the value of α is equal to 9.5 and the wave is sinusoidal, the system is in oscillation, and when α is equal 13.4 the system is in a Quasi-chaotic state, and finally the system turns to the chaotic state when the value of α equals 15.0

Letrozole (LZL) is a non-steroidal competitive aromatase enzyme system inhibitor. The aim of this study is to improve the permeation of LZL through the skin by preparing as nanoemulsion using various numbers of oils, surfactants and co-surfactant with deionized water. Based on solubility studies, mixtures of oleic acid oil and tween 80/ transcutol p as surfactant/co-surfactant (Smix) in different percentages were used to prepare nanoemulsions (NS). Therefore, 9 formulae of (o/w) LZL NS were formulated, then pseudo-ternary phase diagram was used as a useful tool to evaluate the NS domain at Smix ratios: 1:1, 2:1 and 3:1.

In this work, zinc oxide nanoparticles (ZnONPs) and sawdust/epoxy composite (20:80) were mixed using a simple molding method with different ZnONPs concentrations of (0.1, 0.3, 0.5, 0.7, and 1.0 %). The samples of the nanocomposites were characterized by the Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) technique to demonstrate the homogeneity of the prepared ZnONPs/nanocomposites. The photocatalytic activity of the samples was examined using the methylene blue (MB) dye as a pollutant solution, through evaluation of the efficiency of the prepared compound in the treatment of organic pollutants under illumination by sunlight.
