The current research aims to know on influence strategy (thinking – pairing – sharing) in learning subject of Islamic civilization of Arab and keep it for students 4th class / literary in order to aim of research , the researcher takes measures of experimental method which included selection of experimental designing with partial adjustment in two groups (experimental and controlling) . ان نجاح رياض الاطفال في تحقيق اهدافها يتوقف الى حد كبير على معلمة الروضة التي تزود الطفل بالخبرات ، فهي تمثل الام البديلة للطفل ، وتقع على عاتقها مسؤوليات نفسية واجتماعية واخلاقية نحو اطفال الروضة ، لدلك فان معلمة الروضة تقوم بعدة ادوار في رياض الاطفال ، فهي ممثلة لقيم المجتمع وتراثه التي تسعى الى غرسها في الطفل . 

 وعليه فان ليس كل من تتقدم للعمل في رياض الاطفال تصلح ان تكون معلمة ناجح

The study aims to identify the impact of the round-robin strategy on the logical thinking of fourth-year middle school students in chemistry. Two groups were employed:  an experimental group consisted of (30) students who were taught according to the round-robin strategy, and the control group consisted of (30) students who were taught according to the traditional method. Current research targeted: Recognizing the impact of the differentiated education strategy on the achievement of the students of the Institute of Fine Arts / Diyala, for the academic year (2018-2019).
