Abstract
This study aims to evaluated the user satisfaction of retrieval services
concerning to universities thesis and dissertations in university dissertation
unit of Baghdad Library for achieving the following objectives:
1- Evaluating the performance of this unit (thesis unit of Baghdad University
Library) regarding to users opinion.
2- Recognizing the reasons in this unit behind the case of non satisfaction of
its users and trying to find the suitable solutions.
To achieve those two objectives, the questionnaire tool was performed
and determined the user's satisfaction level by using a sample survey. 1118
graduated students were subjected to this experiment. The following main
results were appeared:
§ The satisfaction level of the service was 77% for Ph.D. students, and 82%
for M.Sc students, those two percentage rates were considered are good
for this service.
§ The non satisfaction reasons for this service could be assigned into
following :
- Non conformance the language of users and the system language.
- There are many thesis and dissertations which related to users need but
did not retrieved by the system.
This study instructed the following:
v Improving the retrieval system particularly which it is related to the subject
analysis to make the system language mach with the user language.
v Data Base should be established for all of those university thesis and
dissertations and it must be accessible on the internet.

There is no doubt that the narrative form is a mixture of many elements that it
becomes so hard to differentiate between them. Thus, to differentiate between those
elements we must understand the job of every element; and that is the structure of narrative
form in the artistic frame of the old Arabic poem.
Poetry, as the readers confirm, is strongly related to a lot of arts. The rhetorical
form is related to the art of drawing and photography, the rhythm- the core of poetry- is
related to music, its structure to the art of architecture, its tension to drama as it consist of
internal conflict between its elements and ingredients, and the poetry has a narrative
element which relates it to the art of narration and it

Prophecy in general, and Muhammadism in particular, can not seem to go away from life, or lag behind it, because it was originally for reform. It can not succeed in achieving this reform. It has grown away from it, and its conditions have not caused it to vary and diversify. This paper deals with the restrictive/nonrestrictive relative clauses in German and Arabic. I will, first of all, be concerned with some theories that have been provided to define the restrictive and the nonrestrictive relative clauses, particularly with the phonetic hypothesis. It will be, then, shown that the phonetic aspect is unable to give clear answers in this respect. The best way to determine restrictivity in both languages is, I think, by implementing of semantic indicators.
