The social support is considered one of the most important constituents of
society and the one which can ensure its unity.
The resources of social support are different accordind to the variety and
the multiplication of the net – work of the social relationships that are
established among the individuals. The importance of this variable is evident
in the emolional adaptation and the mental health as well as its role in mitigating of the illness threating and in accelerating the recovery. social support can enhance the individuals ability to tolerate and face the emotional
and physical problems in the time of cris and stressful life conditions.
The most important results are shown as follows :
1- It was shozn that the arrangement of sources of social support according to
its importance for the investigation sample of state male and female
employees was as follows: family, relatives, friends, colleagues, employer.
2- their arrangement for male employees is different from their arrangement
for female employees.

The current research aims to identify the effect of Baska style on students’ achievement and the creative thinking in material rhetoric and the application of students for fifth grade literary. To achieve the study objectives, the researcher has designed an achievement test to measure group of students in the fifth grade literary in material application. The sample comprises two sections of 10th grade female students (n=80) in Adawiya secondary School, The two sections were divided into two groups; one as an experimental group which works with six thinking hats, and the second as control group that learns traditionally. Creative thinking exam was used to measure the creative thinking with reliability (0.88).
