The social support is considered one of the most important constituents of
society and the one which can ensure its unity.
The resources of social support are different accordind to the variety and
the multiplication of the net – work of the social relationships that are
established among the individuals. The importance of this variable is evident
in the emolional adaptation and the mental health as well as its role in mitigating of the illness threating and in accelerating the recovery. social support can enhance the individuals ability to tolerate and face the emotional
and physical problems in the time of cris and stressful life conditions.
The most important results are shown as follows :
1- It was shozn that the arrangement of sources of social support according to
its importance for the investigation sample of state male and female
employees was as follows: family, relatives, friends, colleagues, employer.
2- their arrangement for male employees is different from their arrangement
for female employees.

Basically, this study aims to identify the extent to which Iraqi secondary school students use writing strategies and how proficiency level and students gender could affect writing strategy use. The study also examines the relationship between writing achievement and writing strategy use among Iraqi secondary school students. The study aimed to identify the social support and its relation with death anxiety for
olds who are listed at the Palestinian ministry of social affairs in the Jerusalem governorate,
the researcher uses the descriptive method and she bases her research on two types of
criterion: the social support and the criterion of death anxiety, these two criterion are applied
on a stratified random sample, amounted to (184) of the elderly.
