The first is the traditional linguistic study, specifically the rhetorical one. The second study, which took place in the sixties of the last century, was conducted in the light of comparative literary studies, after Dr. Taha Hussein summarized this letter and rid it of its complex language and after Dr. Bent Shati achieved it. This study is based on a European theory that emerged in the second half of the 81th century. A total of 320 samples of vaginal swabs was obtained from women complaining of vaginal infection and attending two hospitals in Al-Sader city, Baghdad, namely Ibn AlBaladi Hospital for Pediatrics and Gynecology and Fatimat Al-Zahraa Hospital for Obstetrics in Al-Habibia district during the period from Desember 1997 till July 1998.
