The )Resalat Al-Gofran) which means to Abi Ala Al-Ma'arri is included in the studies of prose in Arabic literature. The study of the "Message of Forgiveness" was passed in two stages. The first is the traditional linguistic study, specifically the rhetorical one. The second study, which took place in the sixties of the last century, was conducted in the light of comparative literary studies, after Dr. Taha Hussein summarized this letter and rid it of its complex language and after Dr. Bent Shati achieved it. This study is based on a European theory that emerged in the second half of the 81th century. It is a modern theory that combines the theory of comparative literature with the structural and stylistic theory. Three types of medical commercial creams Silvazine, Cinolon Tar and Hydroquinon Domina were incorporated in this study. The medical creams were taken directly and placed uniformly on the glass slide. Each type of pharmaceutical was weighed at 1 mg and dispersed on an area of 1x1 cm. This process ensures same thickness for all samples. The creams were analyzed by using double-beam UV/visible spectrophotometer Metertech SP8001. The absorption spectrum for each of samples was measured against wavelength range of 300–700 nm.
This study tries to examine a model involving human resources management practices, employees’ outcomes, governmental support, and organizational performance of small businesses in Malaysia. The aim of this study is to make the inventory for Umbelliferae family for the purpose of identifying the samples that were collected over long periods and saved in the herbarium of Iraq Natural History Museum/ University of Baghdad. We found that the herbarium plants were very large and varied from different parts for Iraq, in different and varied environments, which collected and arranged according to a very specific system in the herbarium for remaining an important source to all graduate students and researchers to take advantage for these plants. Also, the flowering and fruiting periods for these plants in Iraq were recorded in different regions. Most these plants begin to flower in the spring and thrive at fields and farms.

The present study included the effect of chronic exposure for two concentrations of NaC? salt on the biology of fresh water zooplankton species Brachionus calyciflorus (from ^otifera).
