The )Resalat Al-Gofran) which means to Abi Ala Al-Ma'arri is included in the studies of prose in Arabic literature. The study of the "Message of Forgiveness" was passed in two stages. The first is the traditional linguistic study, specifically the rhetorical one. The second study, which took place in the sixties of the last century, was conducted in the light of comparative literary studies, after Dr. Taha Hussein summarized this letter and rid it of its complex language and after Dr. Bent Shati achieved it. Dr. Lewis Awad relied on her study in the light of comparative studies, Which appeared in Europe in the modern era and was able to discover similarities between them and the old texts that dealt with the subject of "literature of the brotherhood," as called Lewis Awad, has made comparisons with the texts that included this type of literature, compared with (Odyssey) And with (alias) to Virgil Not only did (Lewis Awad) compare these with the texts that preceded (the message of forgiveness), but the impact of (the message of forgiveness) on the divine comedy of Dante or the so-called hell Dante, and add to it another narrative text published in Egypt in the early sixties, a novel(Maasat condom real) to Ahmad Mahmoud al-Zubairi, the well-known Yemeni poet and writer, which narrates and dialogues in the past and in Paradise specifically, as well as images of its scenes with the martyrs and friends, The characters known to Zubairi.

The approach of the research is to simulate residual chlorine decay through potable water distribution networks of Gukookcity. EPANET software was used for estimating and predicting chlorine concentration at different water network points . Data requiredas program inputs (pipe properties) were taken from the Baghdad Municipality, factors that affect residual chlorine concentrationincluding (pH ,Temperature, pressure ,flow rate) were measured .Twenty five samples were tested from November 2016 to July 2017.The residual chlorine values varied between ( 0.2-2mg/L) , and pH values varied between (7.6 -8.2) and the pressure was very weak inthis region. This evaluation could be used to facilitate effluent quality assessment or optimal process control of the plant. The influent reaching the plant is considered a medium to strong in strength with BOD5/COD ratio in the range 0.23 and 0.69 which can be considered an easily degradable sewage by the biological processes performed by the activated sludge unit. The quality of the effluent was found to be higher than the Iraqi standards for disposal to water bodies.
