The study included three topics, the definition of the personality of Imam al-Bazazi, his scientific biography, his elders, his writings, his students and his death, selected issues of his weightiness related to purity, and the Imam al-Bazazi is Muhammad ibn Muhammad ibnShihabibn Yusuf, known in al-Kardari al-Hanafi al-Balzazi. The research aims to identify the factors that affect the quality of the product by using the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) tool and to suggest measures to reduce the deviations or defects in the production process. I used the case study approach to reach its goals, and the air filter product line was chosen in the air filters factory of Al-Zawraa General Company. The research sample was due to the emergence of many defects of different impact and the continuing demand for the product. I collected data and information from the factory records for two years (2018-2019) and used a scheme Pareto Fishbone Diagram as well as an FMEA tool to analyze data and generate results.

This study was conducted to prepare protein concentrates from AL-Zahdidate’s pits by using alkaline methods where the chemical composition of the pits were (7.30, 1.04, 5.80, 8.68 and 77.19) % for each of the moisture, ash, protein, fat and carbohydrates respectively and the chemical composition of the concentrate protein was (6.62, 4.10, 26.70, 0.93, and 58.65) % respectively. The content of protein concentrate from the metallic elements (144.07, 25.11, 15.02, 0.49, 0.59, 0.27, 0.22 and 234.6) mg/ 100 g each of potassium, magnesium, calcium, iron, manganese, copper, zinc and phosphorus respectively.
