Most of them were lingustics, grammerians and writers as: AL- Jahith, AL- Faraa Abivbeida , Ibn kutaba , AL -Rumani , AL -katabi , AL- Bakilaai , AL- Gargani and Others.
They also differed in what the words of Allaah mean . Is the Quranic text creature or updated ,it is the issue that exhausted the effort.of muslim scientists though its imbortance and feasibility does not rais to the wide dispute which witnessed and the great sacrifices pressed to it that many scientists were its vichm .
Our search deals with the semantic thinking of islamic philosphical of what the word of Alaah for islamic groups especaally with the muatazala and AL- shaira because they are the most famous islamic phiosophical groups in Quran.

Abstract
This study aims to identify the level of emotional intelligence among principals of basic education schools in Al-Dakhiliya Governorate. The descriptive approach was used. A questionnaire of two parts was utilized; its second part included (27) items divided into five dimensions related to emotional intelligence. This work involves studying the effect of adding some selective organic component mixture on corrosion behavior of pure Al and its alloys in condensed synthetic automotive solution (CSAS) at room temperature. This mixture indicates the increasing of octane number in previous study and in this study show the increasing in corrosion resistance through the decreasing in corrosion rate values.
Electrochemical measurements were carried out by potentiostat at 3 mV/sec to estimate the corrosion parameters using Tafel extrapolation method, in addition to cyclic polarization test to know the pitting susceptibility of materials in tested medium.

The monthly time series of the Total Suspended Solids (TSS) concentrations in Euphrates River at Nasria was analyzed as a time series. The data used for the analysis was the monthly series during (1977-2000).
The series was tested for nonhomogenity and found to be nonhomogeneous. A significant positive jump was observed after 1988. This nonhomogenity was removed using a method suggested by Yevichevich (7). The homogeneous series was then normalized using Box and Cox (2) transformation.
