words of God the Quranic text , is genera words have many faces and connotations a ccording to references, cutures and Ages.That the Quranic text is fixed , But the connotations are moveable the scientists agreed about the miracle of the Qurantic text , But they differd of the Position of miracLe including the muatazala and Al- Ashaira who have adopted the idea of sytem and miracle of linguistic . Most of them were lingustics, grammerians and writers as: AL- Jahith, AL- Faraa Abivbeida , Ibn kutaba , AL -Rumani , AL -katabi , AL- Bakilaai , AL- Gargani and Others.
They also differed in what the words of Allaah mean . Is the Quranic text creature or updated ,it is the issue that exhausted the effort.of muslim scientists though its imbortance and feasibility does not rais to the wide dispute which witnessed and the great sacrifices pressed to it that many scientists were its vichm .
Our search deals with the semantic thinking of islamic philosphical of what the word of Alaah for islamic groups especaally with the muatazala and AL- shaira because they are the most famous islamic phiosophical groups in Quran.
It includes three section as wellas pre-section the pre-section : privacy of the words of Alaah.-the first section : the subjects of speech and say in the Holly Quran
-the second section: Almuatazlas opinion in the words of Alaah
- the third section : Al-Ashairas opinion in the words of Alaah.
It is well- known that the distinguished scholastic journal is a crucial cornerstone, which contributes to the scientific integrity of a particular academic institution. The specific activity of 29 soil samples collected from Fuel
Fabrication Facility FFF at AL-Tuwaitha site, 20 km south of
Baghdad were determined using HPGe detector in a low background
configuration, it's relative efficiency of 40%, and resolution of 2keV
for the 1332 keV gamma ray emission of 60Co. The range of activity
concentrations of 226Ra, 232Th and 40K were between (12.56-31.96),
(10.2-18.4) and (47.47-402.1) Bq/kg respectively. In order to assess
any radiological hazard to human health, the absorbed gamma dose
rate D in air at 1m above the ground surface was calculated in the
range (18.87 to 36.46) nGy/h; the outdoor annual effective dose
equivalent AEDE was evaluated to vary from 0.0039 to 0.0076
Abstract: When it comes to applications in welding, cutting, and surface engineering, the utilization of high-power fiber-delivered beams from solid-state lasers offers several benefits. This paper addresses the issue of cleaning the surface of the samples with different spot sizes (50, 100 and 200) (industrial ytterbium fiber laser) to prepared it to be welded. Abstract To ensure that the distribution system has safe drinking water. It is necessary to know the residual chlorine concentrations at various points in the network. A chlorine photometer device was used to measure twenty points taken every day for a week at a selected time in the distribution system. Both pressures and flows in the network were measured using bourdon gauge and Tuf-2000H Handheld Digital ultrasonic flow meters. In this study, the hydromorphodynamic simulation of a stretch of the Euphrates River was conducted. The stretch of the Euphrates River extended from Haditha dam to the city of Heet in Al-Anbar Governorate and it is estimated to be 124.4 km. Background : The kidneys may be injured in abdominal trauma, both blunt & penetrating. Renal trauma may manifest in a dramatic fashion for both the patient and the clinician. Objectives: To evaluate the incidence, management, morbidity &mortality of renal injury in blunt & penetrating abdominal trauma.
Results:The majority o f patients were males (35= 77.8%), the rest were females (10= 22.2%). The average age was 37 years (range= 18-56 years). The most common grades were grade1, grade2 and grade3 (40=88.9%), while 5 patients (11.1%) were grades 4 and 5.The most common associated injuries were liver, spleen, small & large bowels and diaphragm. The mortality was 20% (9 patients). The most common cause of death was multip
