The research talked about one of the important social subject that care public so cities which is .
This subject deals with three subdivisions papers :-
The first one deals with the reasons of unemployment mentioned the definition of it in addition to make a comparison between it and inertia . then talked specially about unemployment that had got in our wounded country become of wars in it .
It had a branch talked about in Islamic society .
The second one deals with the negative results of unemployment specially economic , moral and social with their roles in spreading negative phenomenon in our society as terrorist , stolen … etc …
The third one deals with the ways of reducing unemployment and trying to limit it , that may achieve under two conditions as crafts unemployment divide the jobs according to purifying in work but it is also spread .
Whereas the other one is the ways of unemployment of graduation in Iraq

Manipulation is a discursive concept which plays a key role in political discourse by which politicians can impose some impact on their recipients through using linguistic features, most prominent of which are personal pronouns (Van Dijk, 1995). The aim of this study is to investigate how politicians utilize the personal pronouns, namely; We and I and their possessive forms as a tool of manipulating the audience's mind based on Van Dijk's "ideological square" which shows positive-self representation and negative-other representation (Van Dijk,1998:p.69). One of the troublesome duties in chemical industrial units is determining the instantaneous drop size distribution, which is created between two immiscible liquids within such units. In this work a complete system for measuring instantaneous droplet size is constructed. It consists of laser detection system (1mW He-Ne laser), drop generation system (turbine mixer unit), and microphotography system.
