Abstract

     Oil is considered a commodity and is still an important and prominent role in drawing and shaping the Iraqi economic scene. The revenues generated from the export of oil are considered the main source of the general budget in cash flows.

The study aims to identify the relationship between forgiveness and social intelligence among elementary school students. The study employed a descriptive analytical approach, whereby a total of (500) elementary school student were selected randomly regarding the variable of gender and economical status. Two scales were prepared: one to measure the forgiveness depending on Albort’s theory that consist of (20) item, and the other to measure the social intelligence according to Tony’s theory which composed of (20) item as well. The QCD theory is implemented by deriving the photon emission rate equation of the state of ideal QGP at a  chemical potential. The aim of this paper is determine the concentration of the organic oxygen in some organic compounds (Aldehydes ) by the derivative neutron activation analysis technique, and the derivative of the oxygen by the nitrogen equivalent toit and the irradiation of anew sample in flounce (1.73*106  n.cm-2.s-1) by the neutron generator .Then the calculation of the radioactivity which is done by using NaI(Tl) . After that we determine the concentration of nitrogen by calibration curve that includes nitrogen compounds which have apparent chemical and physical characteristics .For comparison the result is done by using keldal method.
