Soils at Al-Koot-Btera were choosen to determine their sedimentary
environments. It is found that there are , five soil series and as mentioned :
MF11-MW9-DM97-DM57-DF95 . The five found soil series are of internal
well drained ,moderate and imperfect. Their textures vary in moderately,fine
and moderately fine.
indicating that sediments rang from poorly to very poorly sorting. Values of median
diameter Md Ø range between 4.11-7.80 Ø .The relation between the sorting
and median diameter shows that 95.24% of samples is a sedimentary
environment of aquite river , while 4.76% is aeolian sediments.
The values of meso to platy kurtic of most horizon materials rang
between 0.67-1.26 Ø .That is to say the samples were exposed to the same
sediment environment , and that only 4.76% of the whole samples with lepto
kurtic was exposed to different sediment environments.
The members of the family of Eentrobacteriaceae harbour a gene cluster called polyketide synthase (pks) island. This cluster is responsible for the synthesis of the genotoxin colibactin that might have an important role in the induction of double-strand DNA breaks, leading to promote human colorectal cancer (CRC). Eleven out of the eighty eight isolates (12.5%) were pks+, distributed as 7 (8%) isolates of E. coli, 2 (2.25%) of K. pneumoniae and 2 (2.25%) of E. aerogenes. This research reviews studies that identify the habitats of the redbelly tilapia, Coptodon zillii, in Iraq, the environmental conditions favorable to this species distribution and proliferation, as well as its economic and social significance as a food source. Additonally, the study examines its effects on biodiversity through competition with native fish species for resources, as well as its role as reservoirs of pathogens, its adverse effect on human health due to the tendency to retain oil crude inside the tissues, and its impact on environmental and water quality by increasing water turbidity. Finally, the review exhibits recommendations for strategies to mitigate its detrimental effects on biodiversity as well as environment.

Giardia lamblia parasite was isolated from the diarrhea samples of patients with Giardiasis dysentery and was developed in HSP media, four mice groups have been used to find in vivo efficacy of two concentrations (128,256) mg/ml of chlorophorm extracts from Cladophora glomerata algae against Giardia lamblia parasite as compared with (Flagyl) by measuring several biochemical markers as ( GPT and GOT) enzymes ,sodium ,potassium and iron concentration as well as counting the number of parasitic cysts in each mice groups.
