Educational of the mind is a weapon to a different knowledges which
benefit in ife and developed the mind in many field and practice him in a
regular form in a right thinking and practice sense on exactly recognizing and
conception things which is senses and regulating the memory and providing
with benefit information which fit to minded of person,the present research
aimed at answering the following two questions:
1-Does the concept of mind differ with age?
2-Does the recognition on function of mind developed with development of
age?
The research population consisted of the children in the primary schools
of Baghdad/center,and the students of the Education for woman
college/Baghdad university for the ages(11,18 ,19),the research
sample(22)subjects-was chosen randomly from the statistical population.
Thescale consisted of the(37)questions,first question measured the
cognition of conception of mind, but(36)questions measured the knowing of
function of mind ,this questios depended on number of the previous literatures
its validity and reliability in the Iraqi population.
The following results have been revealed:
1-The age of (19)yars obtain on greatest prons in explaination the concept of
the mind.
2-There are a statistically significant differences are shown to a (19) years in
function of mind in contrary to (11, 18)years.
On the basis of these results,the researcher has made some
recommendations and suggestions.

The results revealed that the average degree of student-teacher acquisition of skills was high in its four dimensions. It ranged between (39.2) to (82.2), while the overall average was (56.2).

This study aimed to provide a conceptual model for the use and benefits of the e-Government as related to administrative fraud and financial corruption. The study also looked into their concepts, forms, dimensions and types and the role of e-Government on fraud reduction, corruption in administration and finance and its impact on the government performance. The effect of laser radiation on human aorta, coronary, and pulmonary arteries, and pulmonary veins has been investigated. Xenon-Chloride (eximer), Nitrogen, and Nd-YAG pulsed lasers of wavelengths 308, 337, and 1060 nm respectively were used. Their effects on fresh postmortem tissues, normal and diseased, was studied. The diameter and depth of ablation of the exposed tissues, in air, were measured as a function of many factors related to the type of laser and nature of the tissue. A magnetron is placed behind the cathode at different pressures and with varying amounts of Al. The plasma temperature (Te) and density (ne) were calculated using the Boltzmann equation and Stark broadening phenomena, which are considered the most important plasma variables through which the other plasma parameters were calculated. The measurements showed that the emission intensity decreases with increasing pressure from 0.06 to 0.4 Torr, and it slightly decreases with the addition of the NPs. The aim of research is to show the effect of Ferric Oxide (Fe2O3) on the electricity production and wastewater treatment, since 2.5% of Ferric Oxide (Fe2O3) (heated and non heated) nanoparticles has been used. Characterization of nanoparticles was done using X-ray Diffraction (XRD) and Scan Electron Microscopy (SEM). The influence of acidity was also studied on both wastewater treatmenton the Chemical Oxygen demand (COD) and Biological Oxygen Demand (BOD) and voltage output was studied.
