Total Quality Assurance Concept have appeared in Higher Education Institutions as a result of the continuous criticism for the lower quality of the outputs of these institutions and their inappropriacy to the needs of the job market. The faculty, i.e. teaching staff member, is one of the most important output for his/her responsibility to achieve the stated goals in higher education. This represents a problem that may influence the construction of society which has to limit his tasks, responsibilities, and competencies that should be found in a faculty, and evaluating his teaching profession in light of the prerequisites of the century to become an input to achieve quality assurance in Higher Education. Therefore, the present study aims at answering the following questions:
1. What are the roles of a faculty and his tasks that should be performed at University?
2. What are the criteria to achieve quality assurance in Higher Education and their relationship to the faculty?
3. What are the justifications and the methods employed to develop faculty profession, and their effect on quality assurance in Higher Education?
The analytic descriptive method of research is applied in introducing the concepts, experiences, studies and attitudes in this respect and fulfill the answer to the three afore posed questions.
In response to the first question, several major domains are specified to show the different roles of a faculty, and the competencies that should be available in a faculty to fulfill his roles effectively. In response to the second question, it is obvious that the elements of Total Quality are the programs, curricula, teaching staff members, University buildings, students support, evaluation process, and feedback.
The relationship among these criteria and the faculty effect the performance development in their institutions, and this will help them to reach beyond their traditional skills and tasks in their job and achieve quality assurance and provide funding resources for the institutions.
In response to the third question, it is found that faculty development should be built on a strategy plan taking into account the effecting factors, involving faculty in planning the training programs to meet their needs and funding, and emphasizing the importance of training as a promotion prerequisite for the faculty. In the light of these findings, suitable conclusions and recommendations are put forward in terms of developing faculty teaching performance and achieving Total Quality.
The performance of sewage pumps stations affected by many factors through its work time which produce undesired transportation efficiency. This paper is focus on the use of artificial neural network and multiple linear regression (MLR) models for prediction the major sewage pump station in Baghdad city. The data used in this work were obtained from Al-Habibia sewage pump station during specified records- three years in Al-Karkh district, Baghdad. Pumping capability of the stations was recognized by considering the influent input importance of discharge, total suspended solids (TSS) and biological oxygen demand (BOD). In addition, the chemical oxygen demands (COD), pH and chloride (Cl). The proposed model performanc

Still, finding an equilibrium between these new tools alongside with traditional methods of teaching is a menace which educational institutes needs to solve. This paper proposes a structure that would help the ease with which to include immersive technologies within design education, keeping in mind the solid points of more conventional pedagogical methods. Based on a survey of interior design programs, this research highlights the potential for VR, AR and MR in student engagement, creativity skills and professional practices. The results suggest that adoption of an im

For achieving the research aim, the analytical and descriptive approach was chosen using a questionnaire tool for collecting data. It covers 22 items; ten of them for the workplace respect variable and twelve items for the employee performance variable. The research population involved human resources who work at AGDF in Baghdad within two administrative levels (top and middle). We conducted a purposive stratified sample approach. It was distributed 70 questionnaire forms, and 65 forms were received. However, six of them had missing data and did not include in the final data analysis. The main results are t

The first chapter ensures the problem of research is the following question: What are the mechanisms to achieve balanced performance in some systems design to fit with the variables B N User and industrial products? The mathematical interpretation of the logs parameters helped in detecting the TOC and source rock productivity. As well, the quantitative interpretation of the logs data leads to assigning to the organic content and source rock intervals identification. The reactions of logs in relation to the increasing of TOC can be detected through logs parameters. By this way, the TOC can be predicted with an increase in gamma-ray, sonic, neutron, and resistivity, as well as a decrease in the density log

On this basis, it is possible to estimate the soundness and rationality of the economic decision taken that takes into account the required reciprocal repercussions between the current a

A split plot design within the RCBD design with three replicates was applied as the Max F1 hybrid broccoli seedlings were transferred to the field at two dates 25, Sep. 2019 and 15, Oct. 2019, which were symbolized as A and B, respectively, and occupied at the main plot. After two weeks of cultivation, the soil fertilizers were applied three times during the season in 20 days between each applicati

The study questioner form distributed to two different respondents as the unit of analysis. The research reached various conclusions most important of which is the integration relationship can help solve the special difficulties in managing the economic unit data. Moreover, the integration provides a clear picture of the causal relationships between resources, resource quantities, and associated costs
