In this research the subject of human ability to change, as it is proven in the Koran , which is proof of the argument against the ability of human change , whether the change in the positive or negative direction .
Here the limits of the research are limited to a study of analysis of human ability to change and this establishes the important of knowing that man has the ability while in the wrong way to change the path to the right path which Gifts and guidance .

ABSTRACT : Fifteenth isolates of C. sakazakii were obtained from previous studies of the sample (infant formula, cerebrospinal fluid and blood). All isolates C. sakazakii identification based on microscopic, biochemical test and confirmed by 16SrRNA. We studied the movement of all isolates and study adhesion to polystyrene plate, adhesion and invasion to Esophageal adenocarcinoma (SKG-GT-4) for four isolates [Cerebrospinal fluid (CSF5), Bloods (B 1), Dialak (A1c), Novolac Allernova (C1)] and its cytotoxicity. The study aimed to introduce the effect of Giardia lamblia infection on changes in
some biochemical parameters in serum of infected patients before and after treatment during a
period of one year, (from Feb, 2008 to Jan, 2009).
Samples of 50 infected patients who referred to Al-Kadimiyah Teaching Hospital,
were collected before and after 7 days of treatment.
The activity of liver enzymes (Gpt and Got) before treatment increased significantly as
it reached up to (8.47) u/L and 19.06 u/L, comparing with control values (6.455) u/L and
(8.39) u/L respectively. The activity of the enzymes decreased after treatment but the values
of Gpt and Got remained higher than the control values as reached 7-27 u/L, 11-64 u/L
