Abstract
The research aims to investigate the private sector attitudes toward operational contracting in special education schools. The research adopted the qualitative approach by using personal interviews with a sample of (45) private school owners and managers in Oman. The results of the research revealed that there is an agreement among the majority of respondents on the ability of the private sector to manage special education schools, the advantages of the partnership, as well as the need for guarantees to support this partnership. The impact of decorating Fe, Ru, Rh, and Ir metals upon the sensing capability of a gallium nitride nanotube (GaNNT) in detecting chlorine trifluoride (CT) was scrutinized using the density functionals B3LYP and B97D. The interaction of the pristine GaNNT with CT was a physical adsorption with the sensing response (SR) of approximately 6.9. After decorating the above-mentioned metals on the GaNNT, adsorption energy of CT changed from −5.8 to −18.6, −18.9, −19.4, and −20.1 kcal/mol by decorating the Fe, Ru, Rh, and Ir metals into the GaNNT surface, respectively. In this paper, we illustrate how to use the generalized homogeneous -shift operator in generalizing various well-known q-identities, such as Hiene's transformation, the q-Gauss sum, and Jackson's transfor- mation. For the polynomials , we provide another formula for the generating function, the Rogers formula, and the bilinear generating function of the Srivastava-Agarwal type. In addition, we also generalize the extension of both the Askey-Wilson integral and the Andrews-Askey integral.
