Research aims
1. Measuring expectations of self-efficiency at teachers of secondary schools.
2. Measuring biological skills at teachers of secondary schools.
3. There is no sole or gathering forecasting of forecasting expectations of self-efficiency , may forecasts about biological skills at teachers of secondary schools.
To fulfill aims of the research, the researcher managed measuring of expectations of self-efficiency according to point of view of Bandura for this concept in this research, arranging measure of biological skills according to view of global health, the researcher has made to investigate of truth , constant these two measurements, analyzing statistically their two paragraphs on a sample (460) teachers (males & female) from Karkh 2, Rasafa 2, they were chosen by layer randomly method , with equal method, to analyze results of the research, the researcher uses a group of statistical means as (T-test for two independent sample , coefficient of person linking , Alpha Chronbach equation , analyzing multi-steep )
The researcher has concluded the following results:
The teachers of secondary schools are interesting with good level of expectations of self-efficiency.
The teachers of secondary schools are interesting with good level of biological skills.
There is sole or gathering forecasting of forecasting expectations of self-efficiency , may forecasts about biological skills at teachers of secondary schools.

Abstract
Objectives: this study aims to: (1). Assess self-esteem level and academic achievement for students of nursing colleges in southern Iraq. (2). Determine the relationship between levels of self-esteem and academic achievement of the student in the first semester. (3). Identify differences of self-esteem with gender and different age groups.
Methodology: a sample of (426 students) was purposively selected then collected by using a questionnaire which consisted of: I- Sociodemographic characteristics for assessing some important aspects of students, II- Rosenberg's Self-Esteem Scale (RSES) III- Iraq Grading Scale for assessing student achievement. Objectives: Umbilical cord blood can be taken at birth and largely gives indication of fetal and maternal conditions. The aim of the study was to investigate the relation between sex hormones in cord blood and birth weight of newborns and pregnancy complications. Methods: Fifty cord blood samples were collected from newborns at labor room of Baghdad Teaching Hospital between May and October 2018. Blood was withdrawn from their mothers for lead analysis. Congenital distal vaginal obstruction is usually asymptomatic in a newborn female.
