Research aims
1. Measuring expectations of self-efficiency at teachers of secondary schools.
2. Measuring biological skills at teachers of secondary schools.
3. There is no sole or gathering forecasting of forecasting expectations of self-efficiency , may forecasts about biological skills at teachers of secondary schools.
To fulfill aims of the research, the researcher managed measuring of expectations of self-efficiency according to point of view of Bandura for this concept in this research, arranging measure of biological skills according to view of global health, the researcher has made to investigate of truth , constant these two measurements, analyzing statistically their two paragraphs on a sample (460) teachers (males & female) from Karkh 2, Rasafa 2, they were chosen by layer randomly method , with equal method, to analyze results of the research, the researcher uses a group of statistical means as (T-test for two independent sample , coefficient of person linking , Alpha Chronbach equation , analyzing multi-steep )
The researcher has concluded the following results:
The teachers of secondary schools are interesting with good level of expectations of self-efficiency.
The teachers of secondary schools are interesting with good level of biological skills.
There is sole or gathering forecasting of forecasting expectations of self-efficiency , may forecasts about biological skills at teachers of secondary schools.
Historical concepts are among the concepts that are difficult to present to the pre-school child except by using modern techniques, as well as the difficulty of making visits to all historical monuments and going back to antiquity and the lack of studies in this area, therefore, we need an attractive medium that children love which is able to convey some abstract concepts that are difficult to teach to children using traditional methods, and among these activities that the kindergarten provides to children are the stories through which they develop their linguistic wealth, consolidate their religious and spiritual inclinations, refine their correct morals, and form their proper attitudes, knowledge and life concepts.

Background: Measuring the concentration of hepatitis B surface antigen (HbsAg) in HBV patients can be determined with immunoassay techniques. This study aimed to measure the HbsAg titers in chronic HBV patients and to assess its correlation with patients' ages, gender, and with the levels of liver enzymes and total serum bilirubin. Materials and Method: Fifty-eight chronic hepatitis B infected patients were enrolled in this study. Age and gender of the patients were recorded. HbsAg concentration was tested with automated Immunoanalyzer. The patients were also tested for ALT, AST, ALP, and TSB by automated chemistry analyzer. The flow emission rate of hard photons from lowest order the QCD processes for quark-anti quark annihilation processes in plasma media at high temperatures (175, 200, 225, 250 and 275 MeV) have been study. In these framework photons, the flow photons emission is calculate according to quark-antiquark annihilation using the quantum chromodynamic theory and solves the ultrarelativistic equation with MATLAP program.
