Efforts of evaluating manuscripts have developed into sciences that take interest into the development of authorship movement. Expanding the rules and fundamentals of this scientific process along with the growing use of modern methods and techniques contributed further to its development.
Such a disciplinedemands comprehensive knowledge in various fields to reach the most valid results that help reveal significant aspects of the cultural heritage since such a process is an ethical responsibility .Therefore, the editor has to be patient and honest in correcting mistakes, choosing the most acceptable narration and pinpointing the additions and differences as well as other requirements of serious editing.

The functional banking system can effectively perform several functions such as mobilizing savings, allocating credit, monitoring managers, transforming risks, and facilitating the financial transactions. This paper aims to measure the impact of banking system development on economic growth in Iraq. Credit to private sector divided by GDP used as a proxy of banking development. Real per capita GDP used as a proxy of economic growth. This research was to determine the effect of rare earth metal (REM) on the as-cast microstructure of Mg-4Al alloy. The rare earth metal used here is Lanthanum to produce Mg-4Al-1.5La alloy. The microstructure was characterized by optical microscopy. The phases of this alloy were identified by X-ray diffraction. The microstructure of Mg-4Al consists of α-Mg and grain boundaries with precipitated phase particles.
