Initiation in Islamic economy is the key for success and the way for advancement.  It leads to the use of circumstances that through which the individual can achieve the accomplishments and gains. Once initiation spreads in the community, it will become a vivacious and that will lead to the development of its reality into the best. The Messenger (PBUH)( has encouraged imitation and the companionsshowed many imitations to deal with the economic issues that are vital to the stability of the peoples and communities and to achieve the necessary  level of income and livelihood pursuant to what the Islamic economy has stipulated. Piracy on phonograms is now, rightly, the crime of the electronic age. Despite the protection sought by States to provide for such registrations, whether at the level of national legislation or international agreements and conventions, but piracy has been and continues to pose a significant threat to the rights of the producers of those recordings, especially as it is a profitable way for hackers to get a lot of money in a way Illegal, which is contrary to the rules of legitimate competition. Ovako Working Postures Analyzing System (OWAS) is a widely used method for studying awkward working postures in workplaces. This study with OWAS, analyzed working postures for manual material handling of laminations at stacking workstation for water pump assembly line in Electrical Industrial Company (EICO) / Baghdad. A computer program, WinOWAS, was used for the study. In real life workstation was found that more than 26% of the working postures observed were classified as either AC2 (slightly harmful), AC3 (distinctly harmful). Methodology: A descriptive analytic study about conducted for a purposive (non probability) sample of one hundred  labor women interview validity and reliability of questionnaire are determined through panel of experts and pilot study.
