The research studies the melodic and rhythmic characteristics of monologue, in addition to how it was transferred from the Arab homeland to Iraq and   reviewed its most prominent performers, as well as a review     of the monologue types and their propagation in the Arab homeland such as comical, dramatic, and political and guidance monologues. 

The methodological framework included: the problem of the research, the importance of the research and the objective of the research which is to uncover the melodic and rhythmic structure of the monologue in Iraq.   The limits of the research included the objective limit tackling the  art of monologue and the spatial limit which is Baghdad

Abstract Iraq has an important place in the regional and international balance, and the competition among countries has increased in rapprochement with Iraq, not only for its geography or its privileged location, but because it has many other components that make regional and international countries want to strengthen their relations with it (Regional and international powers). In this paper a measure of linear local dependence has been used between two
random variables and a study is conducted for the properties of this measure where
two examples of bivariate probability distributions has been considered, which are
bivariate Gumbel distribution and bivariate Beta-Stacy distribution, and applied on
data collected by using a questionnaire conducted to study the reasons for the
increase of application in private collages in Iraq. Five elements has been considered
as random variables and the dependence has been measured between every two
elements to estimate how correlated these elements are and their effect on the
application in private collages of Iraq generally and Baghdad specifically.<

This research discusses application Artificial Neural Network (ANN) and Geographical InformationSystem (GIS) models on water quality of Diyala River using Water Quality Index (WQI). In this study a survey was made on the physical chemical and heavy metals characteristics and microbiological analysis of AL Chibaish marsh during the two months. Water analyses revealed unacceptable values for almost all physiochemical and biological properties, according to WHO standard limits for drinking water.
