مشكلة البحث:- تواجه المجتمعات العربية في المرحلة الراهنة ,تحديات كبيرة تستهدف الشاب العربي ،والتأثير عليه في الجوانب الاجتماعية والتربوية والثقافية والاقتصادية والأمنية والسياسية ولغض تسليط الأضواء على هذه الجوانب ولاسيما الجانب الاجتماعي،من هنا تبرز مشكلة البحث الحالي في التعرف على توقعات الشباب العربي لمشكلاتهم الاجتماعية في المرحلة الراهنة .

The research tackles an important subject, namely, the light text and how it works well in the Arab television programs. The methodological framework of the research     presents the research problem stated in the following question: How can the text be used and what is its impact in the Arab TV programs? The importance of this research is that it deals with the subject of light text and its impact on Arab television programs.

This study is useful to the workers and scholars in the field of lighting as well as the goal of the research in (studying of the employment of light text in Arab television programs).

This research deals with the nature of the Turkish attitude towards the events of the Arab Spring which the Arab region witnessed recently, as this attitude is characterized by hesitation and utter confusion about those events at its beginning. The Shatt Al-Arab River located south of Iraq suffers from these phenomena. Based upon the basic principles of hydraulics, it is reasonably easy to identify shear stress distributions within the river reach of the Shatt Al-Arab; and that will allow us to know the locations of the erosion and deposition.
