The islamic legitimacy,imposition and of al-zakkat(regular charity) are well
known matters to the whole muslims but being in love with the present life and
worldly existence and being in scare of the death made some of the moslems to lag
behind and delay of keeping with that matter (regular charity) because the mony al
wayes was the reason for the man happiness in the present life allah makes al-zakat
(regular charity) one of the granting remissionns of the moslems people sins in return
for that allah promised the moslems to honored them with the eternal life in in the
paradise where is the gardens beneath which rivers flow so that I decided to write in
this matter of couarse after trust and recommend in god and her it is in the readers’
possession and hands under the title of “Al-zakat Bain Al-Foar Wal TaraKhi” which
is mean “the Islamic regular Charity between the immediacy and the lagging down
(delaying)”.
I made research up of two field of discussion or research, and I abbreviated the
research to be in an agreeable to the requirement of writing a research if it is God’s
will.
The first field of this research was about the definition of the word “Al-Zakat”.
Also, it was about the legitimacy of the “regular Charity”.
The first requirement of the firs field of the research (which was about the
idiomatic and linguistic definition of the word “Al-Zakat”), explains that this word
refers linguistically to the increasing and growing up, and it refers idiomatically to the
Charity of a part of any money which got grow up to it’s quorum for the deservers.
The second requirement was about the Islamic legitimacy and decision of the
regular charity. It was clear from the verse of the holly Koran and the Hadith
(Prophetic tradition), that the regular charity is legislated and obligated to do.
The second field of this research which was about the postponement and
delaying of the regular charity, a-as consisting of two requirements:
The first one was about the obligation of the regular charity between the immediacy
and the delaying. It was clear that the regular charity must hot be delayed except if
there was an execution and it preferred to be immediacy.
Allah desired to be immediate worship, because of the Moslems people necessity for
funds. Also, there are many Islamic legitimate standards confirming this matter.
The second requirement was the immediacy of the Islamic regular Charity before the
time of its obligation. It was clear that the regular Charity would not be obligated
without the completion of the man's regular quorum, and the completion of the man's
year of age. Some it would be advanced or earlier than it's regular time not for any
reason, bat for the emergency need for that, for being in a hurry for the worship of
god, and for the quittance from the rights and obligations towards Allah. And that
matter has many Islamic legitimate statements.

Abstract:
One of the important things provided by fuzzy model is to identify the membership functions. In the fuzzy reliability applications with failure functions of the kind who cares that deals with positive variables .There are many types of membership functions studied by many researchers, including triangular membership function, trapezoidal membership function and bell-shaped membership function. In I research we used beta function. Based on this paper study classical method to obtain estimation fuzzy reliability function for both series and parallel systems.
In this study, dependence of gamma-ray absorption coefficient on the size of Pb particle size ranging from 200µm up to 2.5mm, using different weights of each particle size. The results show that gamma-ray attenuation coefficient is inversely proportional with the size of Pb particle size due to the reduction of the spaces between the lead particles.
The adoption of the concept of preventive war in any country especially in a country like the United States result in a lot of serious consequences, so that pre-emptive military action may alter certain regional arrangements based on the basis of political and security balance, and reduce the incidence of tensions that may worsen a sudden during the application of preventive war, so the concept is applicable to be a risk much more when you face the reality and that because the issues more importantly, it should prepare a detailed and careful study of the post –stage of the use of preventive military action and this requires realy no papers insist or documents discuss this but accurate this field study of the situation thereafter.
: Cervical cancer representsone of the possibly preventable cancer. The study was designed to find the possible correlation of Tafazzin on the progression of cervical carcinoma. Two groups of paraffinized blocks were included. The study group of 30 cervical tumors as well as 15 biopsies of healthy cervical tissues. After sectioning on a positive charge, immunohistochemical application (IHC) was performed to detect Tafazzin expression. Nighnty percentage (27 out of 30) of the studies group showed positive overexpression as shown in with a significant association of the expression with cervical cancer with a significant association. In this research, the region in the south-west of Iraq is classified using a fuzzy inference system to estimate its desertification degree. Three land cover indices are used which are the Normalized Difference Vegetation Index, Normalized Multi-Band Drought Index and the top of atmosphere surface temperature to build a fuzzy decision about the desertification degree using eight decision roles. The study covers a temporal period of 38 years, where about every 10 years a sample is elected to verify the desertification status of the region, starting from 1990 to 2018. The results show that the desertification status varied every 10 years, wherein 2000 encountered the highest desertification in the south-west of Iraq.

The aim: to evaluate combined microscopy techniques for determining the morphological and optical properties of methadone hydrochloride (MDN) crystals. Materials and methods: MDN crystal formation was optimized using a closed container method and crystals were characterized using polarized light microscope (PLM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and confocal microscopy (CM). SEM and CM were used to determine MDN crystal thickness and study its relationship with crystal retardation colours using the Michel-Levy Birefringence approach.
