The research aims to examine the effect of Hawkins' strategy on students in the fourth grade of primary school in the General Directorate of Education in Baghdad / Karkh 3 for the academic year (2020-2021). The study aims to identify the reality of knowledge management in decision-making in academic departments from the point of view of faculty members at Blonde University.
