This research is concerned with Islamic historical events, particularly dunning
the time of the prophet Muhammad. It also explores relations of the apostle of god
with the rums and their allies the Arabs of Syria.
During the first years of revelation Muslim had achieved great victories
against the unbelievers. This accomplishm-ent had draw attention of some foreign
forces such as the Arabs of Syria, who became snapicions of this new and active
power. Their hostile attend was demonstrated by striking an economical siege against
Muslims. They attacked the nabtins merchants whom used to provide the people of
medina with their daily hiving like oil and flour, in the fifth year of al-hijra Muslim
expedition had undertaken against the Arabs of Syria, which was known as Dwamat
ol-Iandal. Islamic historical sources have conidial it to be the first expedition of
Muhammad against the Rums.
Actually this period is quite different from coming years because struggle in
early stages was, in fact, between Muslims and Arab of Syria (Iakham, iutham and
Kalb tribes) while in hirer period Islamic tropes had to face the roman forces them
selves.

Calcareous nannofossils were documented from the upper part of the Cretaceous Balambo Formation in northern Iraq with the aim of determining an evidence for the Oceanic Anoxic Event. A detailed investigation of the calcareous nannofossils led to the identification of twenty-four species. Regarding these data, Discolithus litterarius (Górka, 1957) was identified at the studied interval with the age of Early Aptian.

The nanostructured MnO2 /carbon fiber (CF) composite electrode was prepared using the anodic electrodeposition process. The crystal structure and morphology of MnO2 particles were determined with X-ray diffraction and field-emission scanning electron microscopy. The electrosorptive properties of the prepared electrode were investigated in the removal of cadmium ions from aqueous solution, and the effect of pH, cell voltage, and ionic strength was optimized and modeled using the response surface methodology combined with Box–Behnken design. In this study, the use of non-thermal plasma theory to remove toxic gases emitted from a vehicle was experimentally investigated. A non-thermal plasma reactor was constructed in the form of a cylindrical tube made of Pyrex glass. Two stainless steel rods were placed inside the tube to generate electric discharge and plasma condition, by connecting with a high voltage power supply (up to 40 kV). The reactor was used to remove the contaminants of a 1.25-liter 4-cylinder engine at ambient conditions.
