The research aims to measure the psychological security of social working in the courts, to measure the motivation of achievement for social researchers working in the courts.      The goal of this paper is to show the kinematic characteristics of gaseous stellar dynamics using scaling coefficient relationships (such as Tully-Fisher) in different spiral galaxies.
