Find out the leadership ability among female university students.
The researcher made aquestionnaire consisting ofone open question for (50) female students of education college for women\ Baghdad university to mention main leadership abilities with leader student.
To achieve the aims of this study, the researcher made the following steps: 1- Collection and finalization the items of the scale Through literature review and previous studies and aquestionnaire consisting where (3) items have been extracted to make this questionnaire. 2- The test has been submitted to proffesionals of psychology to judge the valiidety of items of the scale where their opinion was they are good at (100%).The scale has been applied on statistical analysis sample consisting of (300) femal students of the 3rd and 4th grade in the following universities (Baghdad, Al- Mustansiriha, Al- Nharin) in Baghdad for the academic year (2015-2016). 4- Statistical analysis for the items (discrimination, validity of items).
5- Some psychometric properties were conduced:
The face validity.
Reliability: Cronbach's alpha was used and the reliability score was (0,75). 6- After the results of statistical analysis for the scale and constancy and validity has been extracted, the researcher eliminated the where (3)items has been eliminated out of (30) items and kepton dicrimnative and statisticaly significant ones leading to the final scale consisting of (27) items. 7- The scale with its final form has been applied on (700) female students from the 3rd and 4th grade in the following universities (Baghdad, Al- Mustansiriha, Al- Nharin) in Baghdad for the academic year (2015-2016). 8- After the process of separation of answers, T-test has been applied on one sample, and the results showed that there were statisticaly signifigant differences at (0,05) level in the ability of femal students in leading where the calculated T- value was (117,35) which was larger than schudeled T- value which was (1,96) and the level of leadership ability among female university students was high. 9- The researcher concluded with anumber of suggestion and recommendations.

the modern state, however, the inherited costumes and traditions sustained in the conservative
society. But due to the development that inflicted to the Iraqi society and the development of
the staff in all fields and requirement conducting to female learning. After WW II and the
1950s, women get out of their houses to seek learning by approaching the doors.
What is positive about that phase was the formation of the College of Queen A'liya
which is regarded as a positive indicator. In any case the Iraqi family encouraged women to

Background: Pyogenic discitis most frequently occurs
after home delivery, hemorridectomy, and dilatation and
curettage. Discitis is generally due to blood borne bacterial
invasion of the disc from adjacent end-plate via
communicating vessels. Infective discitis remains an
uncommon, but potentially serious cause for back pain.
Delayed diagnosis can occur and a high index of suspicion
may occur.
Methods: The study included 30 patients suffering from
localized low back pain with limitation of movement.
Diagnosis was made by history, physical examination and
investigation mainly E.S.R and MRI.
Results: 50.3% of patient with discitis had a history of
vaginal delivery, 15% had a history of hemorridectomy
A batch adsorption system was applied to study the adsorption of methylene blue from aqueous solution by Iraqi bentonite and treated bentonite with different amount of zinc oxide (ZnO). The adsorption capacities of methylene blue onto bentonite were evaluated. The equilibrium between liquid and solid phase was described by Langmuir model better than the Freundlich model. Langmuir and Freundlich constants have been determined. The separation factor or equilibrium parameter, RL which is used to predict if an adsorption system is favourable or unfavourable was calculated for all cases.

ABSTRACT : Fifteenth isolates of C. sakazakii were obtained from previous studies of the sample (infant formula, cerebrospinal fluid and blood). All isolates C. sakazakii identification based on microscopic, biochemical test and confirmed by 16SrRNA. We studied the movement of all isolates and study adhesion to polystyrene plate, adhesion and invasion to Esophageal adenocarcinoma (SKG-GT-4) for four isolates [Cerebrospinal fluid (CSF5), Bloods (B 1), Dialak (A1c), Novolac Allernova (C1)] and its cytotoxicity. Blood samples were collected from (31) pregnant women infected with cytomegalovirus , also (15) blood samples were collected from congenitally infected infants, and (20),(15),(15) blood samples were collected from pregnant women ,non pregnant and infants, respectively, all of them were as control groups.
