إن عملية التحول إلى استخدام نظم وتطبيقات الصيرفة الالكترونية هي احد التحديات الإدارية الكبيرة التي تواجهها المصارف العراقية حاليا ،  إلا انه لا يمكن تحقيق هذا التحول من دون وضع خطة مبنية على أسس صحيحة ومتطورة توائم بين البيئة التي تعمل داخلها المصارف العراقية (ثقافة المصرف وقدراته وإمكانياته والجهات الساندة) من جهة  ، وبين التحديات والمصاعب المرتبطة بالاستخدام المكثف لتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات

A particulate polymer composite material was prepared by reinforcing with the Aluminum Oxide (Al₂O₃) or Aluminum (Al) metallic particles with a particle size of (30) µm to an unsaturated Polyester Resin with a weight fraction of (5%, 10%, 15%, 20%).

Tensile test results showed the maximum value of elastic modulus reached (2400MPa.)  in the case of reinforcing with (Al) particles with weight fraction (20%) and (1500 MPa.)  in the case of reinforcing with (Al₂O₃) particles of the same weight fraction.

Biodiesel production from microalgae depends on the biomass and lipid production. Both biomass and lipid accumulation is controlled by several factors. The research aims to identify the level of psychological burnout among the professors of Sana’a University in light of the armed conflicts in Yemen. The research sample consisted of (104) faculty members. A descriptive-analytical approach was adopted. The results of the research showed that university professors suffer from psychological burnout at a very high level in the overall score of the scale. There were no statistically significant differences in terms of gender, academic degree, teaching experience, marital status, number of family members, or salary. In light of the results, the researcher presented a number of relevant recommendations and suggestions.
