The Iraqi- Kuwaiti relations had witnessed a lot of problems which had its impact on them, at the fore front is the frontier issue, and the Iraqi invasion of Kuwait in 1990 which led to the severance of relations between them and had strengthened the disagreement and the dispute and raised the animosity and tension.
After 2003, Iraq has witnessed a lot of changes which affected Iraq and the region as a whole.
Under the new political developments in Iraq, a now phase has started in the relations between the two parts. which is based on the emphasis on building new relations based on the mutual respect and non intervention in the internal affairs of both countries, and in accordance with the principles of the international law, and which serves the mutual interests of the two countries and creat good environment for better relations.
The leader of the two countries had sought to surpass the disagreements of the past, which were caused by the ill policies of the previous political system. The Kuwaiti government has helped the new political system of Iraq by giving support of the Iraqi people, and it had gaved about 1,0 billion dollar to rebuild the Iraqi infrustructure. There is also another aspect helped strengthening the relations represented by the raise in the official vistings between the leaders of the two parts that had strengthened the relations between them and surpassing the last era.
Chitosan (CH) / Poly (1-vinylpyrrolidone-co-vinyl acetate) (PVP-co-VAc) blend (1:1) and nanocomposites reinforced with CaCO3 nanoparticles were prepared by solution casting method. FTIR analysis, tensile strength, Elongation, Young modulus, Thermal conductivity, water absorption and Antibacterial properties were studied for blend and nanocomposites. The tensile results show that the tensile strength and Young’s modulus of the nanocomposites were enhanced compared with polymer blend [CH/(PVP-co-VAc)] film. One of the important things provided by fuzzy model is to identify the membership functions. In the fuzzy reliability applications with failure functions of the kind who cares that deals with positive variables .There are many types of membership functions studied by many researchers, including triangular membership function, trapezoidal membership function and bell-shaped membership function. In I research we used beta function. Based on this paper study classical method to obtain estimation fuzzy reliability function for both series and parallel systems.
In this study, dependence of gamma-ray absorption coefficient on the size of Pb particle size ranging from 200µm up to 2.5mm, using different weights of each particle size. The results show that gamma-ray attenuation coefficient is inversely proportional with the size of Pb particle size due to the reduction of the spaces between the lead particles.
The possible effect of the collective motion in heavy nuclei has been investigated in the framework of Nilson model. This effect has been searched realistically by calculating the level density, which plays a significant role in the description of the reaction cross sections in the statistical nuclear theory. The present study aims to develop and apply the unrealistic optimism scale among high school students. The researcher has designed a scale of (38) paragraphs to measure the unrealistic optimism. A sample of (200) male and female students were chosen randomly to collect the needed data. The study found that the unrealistic scale of optimism has good psychometric characteristics.
