The Iraqi- Kuwaiti relations had witnessed a lot of problems which had its impact on them, at the fore front is the frontier issue, and the Iraqi invasion of Kuwait in 1990 which led to the severance of relations between them and had strengthened the disagreement and the dispute and raised the animosity and tension.
After 2003, Iraq has witnessed a lot of changes which affected Iraq and the region as a whole.
Under the new political developments in Iraq, a now phase has started in the relations between the two parts. which is based on the emphasis on building new relations based on the mutual respect and non intervention in the internal affairs of both countries, and in accordance with the principles of the international law, and which serves the mutual interests of the two countries and creat good environment for better relations.
The leader of the two countries had sought to surpass the disagreements of the past, which were caused by the ill policies of the previous political system. The Kuwaiti government has helped the new political system of Iraq by giving support of the Iraqi people, and it had gaved about 1,0 billion dollar to rebuild the Iraqi infrustructure. There is also another aspect helped strengthening the relations represented by the raise in the official vistings between the leaders of the two parts that had strengthened the relations between them and surpassing the last era.

The aim: Infection with the hepatitis B virus (HBV) caused by blood transfusion is a big problem throughout the world. The aim of study is to determine the faster and more accurate methods for detection of hepatitis B infections by serological screening and PCR- amplification. The present research was conducted to reduce the sulfur content of Iraqi heavy naphtha by adsorption using different metals oxides over Y-Zeolite. The Y-Zeolite was synthesized by a sol-gel technique. The average size of zeolite was 92.39 nm, surface area 558 m2/g, and pore volume 0.231 cm3/g. In this work, the detection of zinc (Zn) ions that cause water pollution is studied using the CSNPs- Linker-alkaloids compound that was prepared by linking extracted alkaloids from Iraqi Catharanthus roseus plant with Chitosan nanoparticles (CSNPs) using maleic anhydride. This compound is characterized by an X-ray diffractometer (XRD) which shows that it has an orthorhombic structure with crystallite size in the nano dimension. Zeta Potential results show that the CSNPs-Linker-alkaloids carried a positive charge of 54.4 mV, which means it possesses high stability. In this paper, a relationship between the liquid limit and the coefficient of consolidation of Iraqi soils are studied. The samples of soil used in study are undisturbed silty clay. These samples are taken from different locations and depths of Middle and South of Iraq by cooperation with Consulting Engineering Bureau- University of Baghdad- College of Engineering.
