Abstract:
Through the research, I have briefly discussed the life of Imam Ali and
indicated the interpretation of the Qur'an by language and terminology, the
importance and characteristics of Sahabas', may Allah be pleased with them,
interpretation of the Qur'an. Also, the sayings of Imam Ali, wich included the
explanatory interpretation of the Qur'an by the Qura'n, Sunnah, language, and
correct opinion. I have also indicated the reasons of the Quran's revelation
and the readings of the Qura'n that had been received from him including the
interpretive meaning these readings revealed. Finally, I concluded my
research with the most important results and recommends.

In this paper, some relations between the flows and the Enveloping Semi-group were studied. It allows to associate some properties on the topological compactification to any pointed flows. These relations enable us to study a number of the properties of the principles of flows corresponding with using algebric properties. Also in this paper proofs to some theorems of these relations are given.

Despite their potential as a sustainable energy technology, the operation of proton exchange membrane fuel cells (PEMFCs) in sub-freezing conditions remains a critical challenge due to the risk of ice formation and performance degradation. This study introduces a new passive thermal management technique using strategically arranged multi-layer phase change materials (PCMs) to address this challenge. A numerical model was developed to evaluate the thermal behavior across various PCM configurations, incorporating one, two, and three layers arranged both in parallel and series with distinct melting points ranging from 55 to 65 ◦C. In the framework of this study, the phenomenon of transfer is probed pragma-linguistically and socio-linguistically concerning marriage situations among Iraqi EFL learners. The study also strives to look at the refusal strategies most commonly employed by Iraqi female English as a foreign Language (EFL) learners compared to their counterparts, American native speakers of English. The study involved 70 female participants who answered a Discourse Completion Task (DCT), which contained ten marriage proposals to be refused.
