The gamma spectrometry method with an NaI (Tl) detector has been used for radiometric measurements. They are divided into two groups: acetylcholinesterase (AChE) involved in the hydrolysis of the neurotransimitter acetylcholine, and butyrylcholinesterase (BChE) of unknown function.
