The present study intends to trace The friendship in puple and the differences in this according to the variables of age and sex .
The study sample includes (200) puple in intermediate, and secondary schools in Baghdad in AL- Karkh .The sample is the age of whom is ranging from (13) to (15) years .
Maghly scale for measuring the development of friendship is adopted in this study after adjusting it to the Iraqi environment . The Scale consists of (40) items .
The face and construct validity of the Scale is checked as well as its reliability which is checked by test- retest
The study reveals the following :
1 – There is positive effect of the interaction between the of middle scale friendship .
2 – There is No differences between the male and female of friendship.

The current study aims to identify the predictability of burnout in perceived self-competence among mothers of students with disabilities in the Sultanate of Oman. The study sample consists of (484) respondents who were mothers of students with disabilities. The researcher developed a burnout Scale which consists of (19) items and a perceived self-competence Scale which consists of (20) items. A correlation descriptive design was used. The results showed that the level of burnout was low (Mean= 2.30), while the level of burnout was high (Mean= 3.87). Objective: A descriptive design, using the methodological approach, is carried throughout the present
study from April 1st 2012 to May 20th 2013 to construct the school physical environment standardized
features tool.
Methodology: An instrument of (141) item is constructed for the purpose of the study. A purposive
sample of (44) school; (22) public and (22) private ones is selected. Content Validity of the instrument is
