Public relations are amongst the social sciences that rely on scientific methods in achieving new knowledge or resolving existing problems by means of its scientific researches that are often applied and require a classification in terms of their results’ analysis. It also requires subtle statistical processes whether in constructing their material or in analyzing and interpreting their results.

This research seeks to identify the relation between public relations and statistics, and the significance a researcher or practitioner in the domain of public relations should assign to statistics being one of the important criteria in identifying the accuracy and object

 The search aims to clarify pollution to negative effects on environment and to an increasing in the dangerous polluted materials that discharged out these factories. To make active procedures in order to limit the environmental pollution.   

 The search problem came from an assumption which has the researched factory is suffering from the lack of applying the international specification      ( ISO 14004 ). The research problem assimilated by these questions:

لقد اعتبر انسان وادي الرافدين قديماً، الكون عبارة عن دولة كونية، وكل مافيه - اي الكون كان يعد عبارة عن ذوات فردية، فكل حي وجماد وفكرة مجردة وكل حجر وكل شجرة وكل خاطر يتمتع بارادة ذاتية وشخصية خاصة، لقد تمثل الكون في ذهن الانسان بهيئة واحدة الا وهي نظام من الارادات فالكون ككل منسق انما هو مجتمع، أو دولة فكانت هذه الدولة الكونية تضم إلى جانب الشخصيات الفعالة في هيئة الحكم اعضاء لم يكن لهم نفوذ في السياسة ولا دور ل
