Abstract
Disturbs the social system in any society specially in Iraq other than
other Islamic and Arabic countries. That is according to the abnormal
conditions that Iraq has past through as wars and blockage, and lastly the
invasion. Therefore it has been necessary to put this phenomenon under
study and analysis to discover Juvenile Delinquency is one of the most
prominent social phenomenon that the important reasons behind it, and trying
to treat what can be treated of the effects of it upon society.
This study is mainly concerned with the explaining the social factors
leading toward juvenile delinquency trying to crystallize the problem of the
study in the following question: (What are the psychological, social,
economical factors leading toward juvenile delinquency?)
The study aims at recognizing the order of the different factors of
juvenile delinquency and knowing the effect of the social factors on it, in
addition to the family factors affecting the delinquency.
The importance of the study comes from the importance of the
phenomenon itself. The study identifies the social factors resulting in the
delinquency of the juvenile. It is important, for it shows the main family factors
in all its different sides resulting in the behaviour of the juvenile. The study
tries to put the scales to treat the phenomenon.
In its theoretical frame, the study has discussed the phenomenon of
juvenile delinquency and the factors behind it.
The researcher has showed several former studies in the same field
that have focused on the most important factors affecting the appearance of
the phenomenon.
In the midst of political, cultural and economic fast developments accelerated, the world witnessed, with the accompanied big communication revolutions, many shapes of powers. Those developments were followed by changes in relations of international level.
The most prominent among those developments was the international public relations which became equal to official international relations. Moreover, the international public relations became a complementary element dur to the growth of public opinion and its affection on political regime. This study aims to evaluate the influence of the air abrasion of dentin on the shear bond strength of lithium disilicate using three different types of luting cements. Sixty cylindrical specimens were milled from lithium disilicate CAD/CAM blocks (IPSe.max CAD). The research aimed at designing a rehabilitation program using electric stimulation for rehabilitating knee joint working muscles as a result of ACL tear using an apparatus developed by the researchers that stimulate the muscle vibration and work as well as the ability to rehabilitate the join in shorter periods. In addition to that, it aimed at identifying the effect of this program on rehabilitating the knee joint working muscles. The researchers used the experimental method on Baghdad clubs’ players who suffer from complete knee joint ACL tear aged (19 – 24) years old. The results showed that the training program developed the working muscles significantly achieving normal levels of activity.

The toxicological risks and lifetime cancer risks associated with exposure to disinfection by-products (DBPs) including Halloacetic acids (HAAs) and trihalomethanes (THMs) compounds by drinking water in several districts in Wassit Province were estimated. The seasonal variation of HAAs and THMs compounds in drinking water have indicated that the mean values for total HAAs (THAAs) and total THMs (TTHMs) ranged from 43.2 to 72.4 mg/l and from 40 to 115.5 mg/l, respectively.
