Abstract:
This study is considerated one of many Studies above the standing of
the Islamic Arab nation which was chosen by God from other nations all over
the world . Some of these nations used to come to the Arab nation to take
whatever useful for them from the beginning of history till now . The
researcher deals in this study with a French artist who is well-know as
August Renoir . He traveled to Algeria and lived there . He was
influenced by the Islamic culture.
The study include. from chapter . chapter one deals with the framework of
programming (out line ) . Chapter two deals with the theoretical framework .
It includes five sections. Deals with the Islamic drawings(Arabesque) . section
three deals with on introduction of the important schools and their relation
with the Islamic Arab culture . section four deals with the school of

The aim of this study was to measure the effectiveness of a proposed program to develop the creative abilities of the students of Tabuk University and its impact on the creative output of the NEOM project. The sample of the study consisted of (50) university students divided into two groups: an experimental group of 25 students who receive the proposed training program, and control group of (25) students.

The TiO2 paste prepared by using a doctor blade method. The samples were UV-VIS specterophometricall analyzes of TiO2 before and after immersed in dyes (N749 & N3). The results showed absorption spectra shift toward the visible region due to the adsorption of dye molecules on the surface of oxide nanoparticles.
