Summary
The subject ( meaning of added verbs) is one of the main subjects
which study in morphology since in Arabic language. It is include the meaning
of each format, and the increased meaning occurred by this increment in the
verbs.
The (strain) is one of very important meaning in this subject, it takes a
wide area of morphology studies, and interesting of scientists and
researchists.
There are two famous formats for this meaning; (infa la انفع
ل ), and (ifta

ل ). Also There are another formats for the same meaning, but less than
the first two in use, they are; (taf ala تفعّ

The hypotheses of this reaserch say: That the kind of strain in the
formats which contain in them structures a voice of (al noon) deferent from the
kind of strain in the format when it contains a voice of (al ta a).
The search proved this hypothesis, so the result was refer to following
fact:
The first kind of strain which occurred from the first group of added
verbs refers to duality nature, or it refers to the short time of action happening,
while the second kind of strain, no one can expect it is naturality before action
happening.

The goal of this research is to better understand the physical features of starburst galaxies. Radio and X-ray observations are good for exploring the stuff within the central regions of galaxies. A galaxy that is undergoing a strong star formation, usually in its central area, is known as a starburst galaxy. Iraq is changing from the centralized system of governance to the decentralized system, which assumes devolution of more authorities to the local governments of Iraqi provinces and cities. This puts a responsibility on the academics to produce more research work on the best framework for this change, to ensure the best results. The main objective of this research is to suggest a policy for the decentralized transformation in domain of Urban and Regional Planning in Iraq. A suggested program for the transformation is involved in the paper as well, with analysis for the new relationships between different levels of planning authorities depending on democracy.
