Summary
The subject ( meaning of added verbs) is one of the main subjects
which study in morphology since in Arabic language. It is include the meaning
of each format, and the increased meaning occurred by this increment in the
verbs.
The (strain) is one of very important meaning in this subject, it takes a
wide area of morphology studies, and interesting of scientists and
researchists.
There are two famous formats for this meaning; (infa la انفع
ل ), and (ifta
la افتع
ل ). Also There are another formats for the same meaning, but less than
the first two in use, they are; (taf ala تفعّ
ل ), (tafa ala تفاع
ل ), (taf lala ) ,(تفعل
ل
ifanlala افعنلل ), (ifanla .(افعنلى
The hypotheses of this reaserch say: That the kind of strain in the
formats which contain in them structures a voice of (al noon) deferent from the
kind of strain in the format when it contains a voice of (al ta a).
The search proved this hypothesis, so the result was refer to following
fact:
The first kind of strain which occurred from the first group of added
verbs refers to duality nature, or it refers to the short time of action happening,
while the second kind of strain, no one can expect it is naturality before action
happening.
It reveals speech communication whether it is legible audible or visible on a comprehensive formula inhabited open language on the modalities for reporting cases of the source say, making communication cognitive processes, is not to produce arguments as it is about the generation of the content of communication, so the contact of any kind remains practice for the cognitive action by the language in which it operates as a way agreed to their units between the poles of communication circle in the framework of a certain socio-cultural context, and that becomes the basis of the text of the message external referrals, making it feasible for multiple readings in semantic dimensions and deliberative

Given a matrix, the Consecutive Ones Submatrix (C1S) problem which aims to find the permutation of columns that maximizes the number of columns having together only one block of consecutive ones in each row is considered here. A heuristic approach will be suggested to solve the problem. Also, the Consecutive Blocks Minimization (CBM) problem which is related to the consecutive ones submatrix will be considered. The new procedure is proposed to improve the column insertion approach.
