Abstract
The use of electronic valves is commonly available. yet, the most
common is the techniques of communications as prod casting transmitter that
are used by these valves in addition to their use in communication tools as far
distance telephone, electronic measuring techniques , and others.
In this study, an attempt is endeavored for improving the efficiency of the
vacuum micro- valves(GI-19b) through activating their internal surfaces by the
use of ionic pumping which is used for treating valves which are out of order
(because of sedimentation some materials and oxide on its poles). The
existence of these materials and oxide increase the sum of current leakage
moving in between. The use of ionic pumping method leads to direct high
voltage on the poles since the sum of the current can be largely decreased.
Besides, they are other methods for fixing valves up these valves.
The practical result of measuring current leakage of the prepared valves
proves there is improving of the measured valves; it is noticed that these
valves are far less than these before treatment. This gives a clue of the
positive effect of this method for fixing valves up.
The aim of this message to monitor this phenomenon throught the Quran , which is the constitution of the Islamic nation and Hariatha as well as to express kasalah integrity , justice honesty , patience , abd pacr .
We feel this vocabulary to hight athical values advocated by the Quran and the need to build commitment to the orthodox society free of corruption that leads ta a disorder of the human society .

The aim of the study is to study the quality of services in a sample of the municipalities of Baghdad governorate and identify the deviations in their operations and provide solutions to address the causes of deviations. The research field aims at the same activity related to municipal services and their quality and analysis using some tools for continuous improvement to identify the authorities responsible for the delay and quality of services. This research investigates the impact of Iraqi politicians' utilization of Twitter as an interactive media tool to communicate their positions and perspectives on political events. Twitter has become a significant platform for dialogue and interactive discussions. The survey method, specifically the descriptive approach, was employed to answer research questions and achieve objectives. A sample of 100 Iraqi Twitter users was selected, considering demographic variables such as gender, age, and educational background, during the period from September 15 to October 1, 2022.

The main aim of the manufactured dampers is to protect the steel buildings from the damaging effects that may result due to earthquakes by introducing an extra damping in addition to the traditional damping.
