Methodology: A descriptive design used in the present study established was for a period from September 19th, 2020 to March 30th, 2021. Methodology: The study sample included (184) women in the Ibn Rushd College / University of
Baghdad, whose age ranged between (17-58) years. Data were collected through a structured
questionnaire prepared by the National Cancer Research Center which were answered during a scientific

This study measured and analyzed job satisfaction among faculty members at the university of Irbid College in relation to gender social status, years of experience, academic rank , qualification, the population consisted of 110 full-time Jordanian factually members. The results of the study showed that there are differences in innovative thinking and cognitive inhibition according to the gender variable in favor of males.
