Abstract:
One of the most prominent historical stage feature that is well- known
nowadays in the world is democracy issue. This issue gives man the right to
reflect his concept and notions . It,s the world of freedom , human right and
liberation of women. This leads to the principle of equality between women
and men which is put in the top of liberty and Improvement lists .
Improvement can be defined as a group of means and ways that is
used to direct human work to improve their level of life economically and
socially .
This study contains three sections, the first presents the social state of
women in pre-history period . And the second section presents the theory of
improvement as an important social phenomena .
The Third and last section presents the working women and her role in
improving society through her work and through her family.
The microstructure and wear properties of 392 Al alloy with different Mg contents were studied using centrifugal casting. All melted alloys were heated to 800 ºC and poured into the preheated centrifugal casting mold (200-250 ºC) at different mould rotational speeds (1500, 1900 and 2300 r.p.m). It is clear from the results obtained that wear rate was dependent on the Mg content, applied load and mould rotational speed. Furthermore, wear test showed that the minimum wear rate was found in the inner layer of produced rings at mould rotational speed of 1900 r.p.m and Mg content of 5%.

There is a natural problem raised by the issue of media performance. As a separate activity and express its own capabilities. This study investigates the effectiveness of mental games in enhancing shooting accuracy among young basketball players. Initially, baseline shooting accuracy was assessed through tests conducted prior to a three-week intervention involving mental games. A follow-up test revealed a significant improvement in participants' shooting accuracy following the intervention. Given the noticeable differences in the new shooting scores compared to the initial assessments, a second set of pre-intervention tests was conducted. These tests reaffirmed the significant enhancement in shooting accuracy, substantiating the hypothesis that mental games positively affect performance.
