The research aims to:

1. Show the effect of corporate governance on the quality performance of certified public accountants through establish the concept and principles of corporate governance and the concepts, importance, standards of quality auditing.
2. Forming a proposed framework for quality performance of certified public accountants under the corporate governance, which show the concepts objectives, principles, standards, and constraints of the proposed framework.

Introduction: Although soap industry is known from hundreds of years, the development accompanied with this industry was little. The development implied the mechanical equipment and the additive materials necessary to produce soap with the best specifications of shape, physical and chemical properties. Objectives: This research studies the use of vacuum reactive distillation VRD technique for soap production. Hydrogen fuel is a good alternative to fossil fuels. It can be produced using a clean energy without contaminated emissions. This work is concerned with experimental study on hydrogen production via solar energy. Photovoltaic module is used to convert solar radiation to electrical energy. The electrical energy  is used for electrolysis of water into hydrogen and oxygen by using alkaline water electrolyzer with stainless steel electrodes.
