يناقش البحث النشأة التاريخية للبرنامج النووي الايراني وحقيقة الدوافع الايرانية ورا المساعي وراء امتلاك القنية النووية ، ومارثون المفاوضات التي قادتها الترويكا الثلاثة النتمثله بكل من (فرنسا ،المانيا ، بريطانيا)لاحتواء تداعيات البرنامج النووي الايراني في ما لو استطاعت ايران تصميع قنبلة نووية والضغوط الامركية والاسرائيلية لاحتواء البرنامج

برزت الشخصانية في حقبة تاريخية كان فيها العالم و اوربا وفرنسا تشهد انتهاء حقبة حضارية امتدت من نهاية القرون الوسطى حتى اوائل القرن العشرين تميزت بكونها رأسمالية التركيب، ليبرالية المنهج، وبرجوازية القيم، جاءت الشخصانية ليس فقط محاولة للإجابة عن حقبة جديدة ولادة حضارة جديدة لاتزال غامضة المعالم فحسب انما ايضا كرد على المدرسة الماركسية المادية والوجودية الملحدة محددة هدفها الابعد بإعادة صنع النهضة

The aim of the research is to use this technique and to determine the effect of this method in reduce cost per unit of the company. The traditional method used in the company the research sample to determine the indirect costs, the definition of the concepts and characteristics of the method of cost-based activity and the cost method based on time-driven activity and justifications applied to companies.   In order to achieve the research objectives, the main hypotheses were formulated.
